As in

good to go that is.

I got my phone call a few minutes ago - exception granted.

I feel like this shuttle is finally ready to launch after who knows how many aborted attempts.

Meanwhile I found the CD the owner of the house gave me with images that he has taken from what will be my "office" balcony - the first of which I posted in it's very small web version a couple of entries ago.

Oh yeah

I also just got the inspection and home warranty report from my realtor in ABQ. Realtor says he has not seen such a clean inspection in years.

This is good.
